Erik, one of the first Crossword People I ever chatted with. I believe Erik followed me on Twitter back when I was terrified of constructing and mostly complained about how there were too many baseball players in the NYT puzzles. So, an OG.
Look how far we've come!! I mean I still think there are too many baseball players in the NYT puzzles but I am clearly no longer terrified of constructing, so a minor win at least.
I am wildy hype about the clue / answer for 9-across, which is how I have spent an embarassing amount of time this pandemic.
