I also wanted to shout out Nam Jin's puz-to-pdf tool, which I use ALL the time, including on this site. (Although not for 7x7s, since most people are solving those online.) Super easy to use, and the output is very pretty. Okay I will stop talking about things that are pretty now!! Puzzle time!
